At the age of 35, I found myself in big trouble. In January of 2000 I weighed in at 315 lbs with a painful back and knees, heart problems, high blood pressure, 2 kids, a homeschool ministry and a catering business. I could barely walk, let alone keep up with my life. My health seeking mother introduced me to the Hallelujah Diet in February 2000 and that was the beginning of my new life. Since changing my eating habits 2 years ago, I have lost 125 lbs., dropped my blood pressure from 199/100 to 112/64 and lowered my cholesterol from 217 to 163. Hallelujah!

After two weeks of eating the same salad, I decided to apply my knowledge of cooking to raw fooding. A fun challenge!

I pray the recipes in my book will help people apply the teachings of Rev. Malkmus, The Hallelujah Diet.

My boys even contributed several kid-friendly recipes!
